Hello Valued Customers,

 Remember the days when you called a business, and someone actually answered the phone.  Well, we have decided to "Go Back in Time" and turn off our automated phone system between the hours of 8 AM (EST) and 8 PM (EST).  Your calls will be answered by one of our new receptionists / customer service specialists. 

 

 Yes, real live people.  Just like in the "good old days".

In the beginning, they may be more "receptionists" than "customer service specialists".  But over time, that will change.  For now, if they are unable to answer your question(s), they will transfer your call to someone who can.

After 8 PM (EST), our automated phone system will be turned on and will answer your calls like we have in the past. 

So, you will never have to wait “impatiently” on hold.  If for some reason one of our sales / support specialists is not able to immediately take your call, our new receptionists will take down your name and number and it is our “company goal” to return any call within 15 minutes.

In the event you experience any issues with our new call services, please let us know right away.  It is our goal to provide the best customer service possible.
