Troubleshooting cPanel Login Issues

I want to reset my cPanel password. To reset your password, please open a support ticket through your client portal - Client Area - Hosting Plus Networks.

I am entering a username and password, but they are not being accepted. If your username and password are not being accepted when logging into cPanel, it could be one of these issues:

  1. Make sure you are using the correct cPanel URL.

  2. Make sure your username is entered all lower case, and your password is case-sensitive. For example, password is different from PassWord. You are using the incorrect password.

If you're still having an issue, please open a support ticket through your client portal - Client Area - Hosting Plus Networks.
